Labdhi International Pvt. Ltd., part of our group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development of polymer granules and plastic raw materials for Labdhi International Pvt. Ltd.

You will manage key accounts and expand our presence with plastic manufacturers, processors, and industrial buyers. The role requires 7-10 years of relevant experience, strong networking in the plastics sector, and proven ability to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales of polymer granules, plastic raw materials, or petrochemical products.
• Established network of plastic manufacturers, processors, and industrial buyers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of polymer granules and plastic raw materials to industrial customers.
• Develop new customers and expand business with plastic manufacturers and processors.
• Build strong relationships with customers in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, packaging, pipe manufacturing, and other plastic product industries.
• Achieve sales targets, generate new business, and expand market reach.
• Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, order execution, payment collection, and customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
