Job summary

VRIDANTA ADVISORY is seeking a seasoned Commercial Leasing professional to work with real estate developers on large projects in Gurugram. You will identify and approach prospective tenants from consumer brands, articulate value propositions, and lead end-to-end lease negotiations for LOIs and final lease terms.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial leasing, strong connections with retail brands and corporate offices, and a valid vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective tenants from consumer brands across categories.
• Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships.
• Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.

This is a role wherein Candidate will be working on Real Estate Large Projects and helping the clients in commercial leasing and second homes selling.

• Prior experience of 5+ years in Commercial Leasing is must.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline;
• An advanced degree or professional certification in Real estate is an advantage.
• Experience with Developer would be preferred instead of with a broker.
• Own vehicle is must

This role requires candidate to

• Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships.
• Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements — balancing brand desirability with revenue optimisation
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.
