Job summary

Pearl Motors is seeking an experienced Sales Incharge to manage showroom sales operations and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of vehicle sales, and coordination of finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery processes. You will also monitor enquiries, conduct field marketing, and maintain CRM records for performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 25 years in sales, preferably in automobile or two-wheeler industry.
• Showroom management and team handling experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and registration processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop sales plans and implement strategies to increase vehicle sales.
• Monitor customer enquiries, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Ensure proper handling of walk-in customers and timely test rides.
• Review individual sales executive performance and provide guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance, RTO registration, and delivery.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the stock team.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and review target achievement.
• Maintain sales reports, enquiry records, and customer data in DMS/CRM.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitors' activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure showroom discipline, staff grooming, and adherence to company policies.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
