Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  
• Manage sales operations by setting goals, tracking performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to drive growth initiatives.
  
• Ensure accurate pipeline management by monitoring progress against targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles with a strong background in FMCG industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a premier institute with specialization in Marketing.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative strategic thinking.
