Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Direct team management to smash local branch revenue goals.
• Enquiry Generation: Boost market visibility and drive strategic marketing funnels.
• Property Operations: Supervise commercial inventory acquisition and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Administration: Oversee branch HR, finance coordination, and admin functions.
• Process Discipline: Monitor sales funnels using a strict CRM and daily execution style.

Success Metrics:

• Hitting commercial revenue targets.
• Maximizing operational efficiency across support branches.
• Improving local branch reputation and overall market visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10-15 years overall, with 4-5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support tasks (Prior experience working with a Channel Partner (CP) firm is a plus).
• Industry Focus: Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
