Berger Paints in India seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in its paint portfolio. You will generate leads, meet targets, and build durable relationships with dealers, distributors and customers across the territory.

You will conduct market visits, organize demonstrations and trainings, ensure timely orders and payments, and maintain CRM records to track performance and customer satisfaction within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of local market and dealer/distributor networks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of decorative and industrial paints to dealers, contractors, architects, and end-users.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.


• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and gather market intelligence.


• Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and inventory management at dealer/distributor points.


• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.


• Organise product demonstrations, on-site sampling, and training sessions for clients.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions using CRM or sales reporting tools.


• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
