Job summary

Berger Paints in Gurugram is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the paint market. You will generate leads, meet targets, and develop new customer relationships across dealers, contractors, architects, and end-users, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will conduct market visits, organize demonstrations, manage orders and payments, and utilize CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities
