Job summary

Berger Paints in Kerala is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the paints sector, build dealer networks, and meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction in the designated territory.

You will conduct market visits, demonstrate products, manage CRM records, and provide after-sales support to strengthen client relationships and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of decorative and industrial paints to dealers, contractors, architects, and end-users.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions using CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
