Berger Paints is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the paint industry across the designated territory in India. The role focuses on generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building enduring relationships with dealers and clients.

You will conduct market visits, organise product demonstrations, manage orders and payments, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong CRM usage and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and inventory management at dealer/distributor points.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Organise product demonstrations, on-site sampling, and training sessions for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions using CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
