Job summary

CIEL HR in Bengaluru is seeking a sales professional to drive the budgeted sales for the assigned area and promote products through consultants, contractors, painters, and housing societies. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and expanding the customer base across villas and small projects.

You will coordinate with retailers and dealers, ensure timely service, and provide technical and commercial product information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Go in line with the strategies of the Retail segment & sales department.
• Increase customer base (Contractor, painter, end customer - villa & small project new construction)
• Long term relationship with customer, focus on increasing sales per customer (Painter, contractor, interior decorator, mini Developers)
• Total customer and territory business responsibility for sales, service and coordination with M/s xxxxxx, company and customer.
• Focus on efforts via customer visits and direct interaction with them and encourage them to visit to shop
• Responsible for ensuring that imposed tasks are carried out professionally and practically pursuant to instructions, public requirements, and plans of action to ensure the established objectives are achieved.
• Build up specifiers and painters network of minimum XXX nos. as per company guidelines and thereby increase reach and market share.
• Build a database of minimum xxx end consumers and have consistent follow-up in improving Jotun awareness and further business.

Job description

Responsible for achieving the sales budget of xxx on his own in the 1st year from xxxx area for xxxx in xxx by promoting the products through different channels i.e. Consultants, Contractors, painters, customers & housing societies
