Job summary

Online Solution Hr Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks a field sales professional to drive growth in construction and real estate sectors. You will visit sites, network with builders and architects, and present elevator models with safety features and specifications.

You will prepare techno-commercial quotations, discuss pricing, and close deals for new installations. You will coordinate with design, installation, and service teams, and maintain daily logs and pipeline updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects by visiting construction sites, real estate projects, and corporate offices.
• Client Networking: Build strong bonds with builders, architects, contractors, and structural consultants.
• Product Pitching: Explain elevator models, safety features, and technical specifications to clients.
• Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare techno-commercial offers, discuss pricing, and close deals for new installations.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the design, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
