Job summary

Royal Enterprise Althan in Surat, Gujarat seeks a field sales professional to drive new business through site visits, referrals, and market research. You will visit construction sites, dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable products and solutions.

You will promote and sell company products to hit monthly and quarterly targets, build strong relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and manage follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
• Visit construction sites, dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts from customers.
• Maintain regular updates of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Resolve customer queries and provide proper post-sales support.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
