Job summary

Aaiji Group is seeking a proactive lead qualification specialist to convert incoming inquiries into confirmed site visits. You will manage follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp, pitch project USPs, and ensure visits are scheduled and documented. You will also coordinate with the Sales Closer and maintain CRM updates to provide timely lead reports.

The role emphasizes prompt engagement, accurate qualification, and thorough reporting to drive site visits and conversion rates for the sales team.

1. ROLE PURPOSE

Qualify incoming leads and convert them into confirmed site visits for the Sales Closer.

Lead Management

• Call new leads (ads, portals, website, referrals) promptly
• Qualify on budget, location, configuration, timeline and intent
• Tag as Hot / Warm / Cold / Not Interested in CRM
