Job summary

Naukai E-hire in Bengaluru is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and drive site visits. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support the overall sales conversion process and meet personal targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.

The role requires strong communication skills and a background in real estate pre-sales or inside sales, with proficiency in regional languages considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound enquiries and understanding customer requirements
• Qualifying leads based on budget, configuration, location, purchase timeline, and other requirements
• Making outbound calls and conducting effective follow-ups with prospective customers
• Converting qualified leads into site visits
• Maintaining accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Coordinating with the Sales team for a smooth handover of qualified customers and scheduled site visits
• Following up with customers after site visits to understand their feedback and support the sales conversion process
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and overall conversion
• Achieving individual targets related to calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions
