Job summary

Aural Exchange is seeking a responsive team member in Delhi to handle customer inquiries about room setup and acoustics, with internal product training provided. Primary responsibility is to respond to customer’s enquiry for product advice and answer questions pertaining to room setup and room acoustics. Ideal candidate would have a background in music or sound engineering with a degree in science. Experience in assisted online sales will help. We will provide internal product training.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Respond to online leads in a timely manner (email, chat, phone)
• Make 3-5 outbound phone calls daily to follow up on quotes
• Answer questions and giving advice on acoustics and soundproofing
• Educate customers on products and solutions based on our existing knowledgebase.
