We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently with potential customers, understand their requirements, follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into paying customers.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain lead records and update lead status in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the team to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development or customer handling.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Experience in handling customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
• A responsible attitude, willingness to learn and a target-oriented approach.
• Previous digital marketing experience is not required.
• Freshers without relevant sales or customer-handling experience will not be considered.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
