Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in India is seeking a dynamic retail salesperson to drive store sales, welcome customers, demonstrate products, and keep the shop floor appealing and organized.

You will assist the store team with stock management, promotions, and daily targets, uphold SOPs and store etiquette, and provide multilingual customer service to diverse visitors.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with sales flair and excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/daily targets.
• Greet customers, demonstrate MYOP products and assist in selecting suitable perfumes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock management; support stock audits.

Requirements

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

Key Task:

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
