Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu seeks a customer-focused retail sales associate. You will drive sales, invite customers, present fragrances, and guide shoppers to the right perfume. Maintain store standards and assist with stock management in a fast-paced outlet.

Freshers welcome; graduates with 2 years in B2C retail are preferred. Strong communication across languages is valued, with a passion for sales and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Sell and meet monthly and daily targets.
• Invite customers to outlet and demonstrate products.
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume and explain MYOP concept.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Handle stock management and daily checklists.
• Address customer complaints and escalate when needed.

• Working towards monthlyand daily targets

• Develop and arrangepromotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager inStock Management.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.
