Job summary

Bluth Solar is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive solar energy solutions across residential, commercial and industrial segments in Jaipur. You will generate leads, meet customers, assess energy needs and present customised proposals to convert opportunities into projects.

The role emphasises field-based interaction, relationship-building with builders and developers, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets with incentives. Training on products and government schemes is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, construction, telecom is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur for meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools; field sales aptitude.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their energy requirements and converting opportunities into solar projects.

This is a field-oriented sales role suitable for candidates who are confident in customer interaction and interested in building a career in the renewable-energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking and local business development.
• Identify residential, commercial and industrial customers interested in solar energy.
• Meet customers and understand their electricity consumption and energy requirements.
• Explain Bluth Solar’s solar solutions, pricing, financing and available government incentives.
• Conduct customer presentations and site visits.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, system design and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed solar projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop relationships with builders, architects, property developers, businesses and other potential referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on solar technology, government schemes and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, construction, telecom or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally within Jaipur for customer meetings and site visits.
