Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Pune outlet. You will engage customers, demonstrate fragrances, and help shoppers identify the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role involves stock handling, merchandising, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail sales experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply.
• Strong communication and multilingual skills.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and daily targets through proactive selling.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and store etiquette.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Assist store manager with stock management and audits.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Handle complaints and escalate to Cox Dept when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthlyand daily targets
• Ensuring high level ofcustomer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic andtime management skills.
• Develop and arrangepromotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager inStock Management.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.

Requirements

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be ableto communicate in multiple languages.
