Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Jaipur is seeking sales-oriented staff for our fragrance retail outlet. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to choose the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

The role requires meeting daily targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across languages. Freshers are welcome, with opportunities to learn through on-the-job trainings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
• Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification
