Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Maharashtra is seeking a retail sales associate to drive daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will support stock management, merchandising, and promotional displays, ensuring SOPs and store timings are followed.

The role suits graduates or freshers with strong communication skills who can work in a multilingual environment. Provident Fund, overtime allowance, and medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

Requirements

• Key Task:

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
