Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) invites energetic retail professionals to join our outlet team in Dadri, UP. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help them identify the right fragrance while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Targets are daily and monthly, so strong time management, excellent customer service, and stock handling are essential. Freshers welcome; graduates with 2+ years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.

Requirements

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
