Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Delhi seeks a customer-focused sales associate to drive daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent service. You will present products, guide customers to the right fragrance, and maintain store displays and cleanliness in a busy retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work across languages, and adherence to SOPs. Freshers welcome; prior retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• Ability to invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Strong time management and adherence to SOP.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
