Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Delhi seeks a retail sales associate to drive daily and monthly targets, greet customers, demonstrate products and help them choose perfumes.

The role requires excellent communication, enthusiasm for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers welcome; multilingual candidates are an advantage; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required

• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
