Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in India is seeking a sales associate to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will invite customers, demonstrate fragrances, and guide them to the right perfume while maintaining attractive displays and stock accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales; freshers may apply and multilingual ability is a plus. This is an on-site position with potential for growth and exposure to promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.

Responsibilities

• Invite customers to the outlet and introduce MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, stock management.
• Handle complaints and escalate when required.
