Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Thane, Maharashtra is seeking motivated sales staff to drive daily and monthly targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help present perfumes, arrange in-store displays, and ensure SOP compliance while maintaining store etiquette and timely operations.

Freshers may apply with strong communication skills and multilingual ability. The role includes stock handling, merchandising, and timely trainings to support sales growth and customer

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
