Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated retail sales associate to drive monthly targets, assist customers with fragrance selections, and maintain store standards. You will support promotional displays, stock management, and daily store operations while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, multilingual abilities, and a passion for sales. Freshers are welcome, with opportunities to grow in a perfume-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply or candidates with up to 2 years in retail sales.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily targets and contribute to store goals.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and maintain SOPs.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Assist store manager in stock management and daily store operations.
• Ensure store etiquette and timely opening/closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalation when needed.
• Support sales through product demonstrations and assisting customers in selecting perfumes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• · Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• · Stock Audits
• · DSR and Daily checklists
• · Placing stock request to HO
• · Validating and receiving stock.
• · Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required.

Qualification

• · Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• · Freshers can also apply.
• · Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
