Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales/Business Development executive in Telangana to drive customer acquisition for Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans. You will build micro markets, onboard referral partners, perform cold calls, and lead daily sales activities.

You'll nurture partner relationships, guide customers through loan processes, and aim to cross-sell insurance to protect clients. The role requires strong communication in local language and English, with a customer-first

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through focused business development.
• Identify new micro markets and empanel high-quality referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in the assigned area and generate leads.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers and maintain daily sales calls as planned.
• Nurture and develop strong relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Guide customers through end-to-end loan processing and act as a bridge with the branch.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to protect property, health, and life.
• Represent Muthoot Fincorp (SULB) in the area and be the face of the brand.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
