Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a field sales professional in India to drive customer acquisition through micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).

You will identify new micro markets, empanel high-quality referral partners, and convert leads through cold calling and daily sales activity. You will nurture relationships with referral partners, manage the end-to-end loan processing support, and serve customers at their doorstep, acting as the face of Muthoot Fincorp in the assigned area.

• Proven track record in business development and cross-selling.
• Ability to learn organization policies and end-to-end loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in the assigned area and generate leads.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to generate business.
• Make daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to Branch Business Manager.
• Nurture and develop relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales and product championships; activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at their residence or office.
• Learn and align with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and the Branch; support end-to-end loan processing.
• Be the face of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. for the assigned area.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health, and life.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers - at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization's policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
