Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a field-based Sales Executive in Telangana to drive micro LAP and gold-backed secured loan business by building a strong referral network and acquiring new customers. You will identify micro markets, onboard referral partners, and actively generate leads.

The role requires cold calling, daily sales activities, and excellent communication to manage the customer journey and end-to-end loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners for Micro LAP and Gold-backed loans.
• Generate leads in the area as directed by Branch Business Manager.
• Make cold calls to potential customers to generate business.
• Conduct daily sales calls as per the plan.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales/process/product championships and activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as bridge between customers and branch.
• Contribute to soft bucket collections and early mortality management.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard assets, health and life.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
