• Willingness for fieldwork and extensive travel in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the territory.
• Manage and grow dealer and distributor networks effectively.
• Identify and appoint new channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and influencers.
• Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, collections and after-sales service.

• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing channel partners.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
