Job summary

RN Valves & Faucets is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the dealer network. This office-based role in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) will also entail market visits to strengthen partnerships and expand distribution.

You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, monitor performance and stay ahead of competitors, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building with dealers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong network of dealers and distributors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

• 7+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials, including team-handling experience
• Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• Strong network of dealers and distributors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

Location:

Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market/region visits as required
