Job summary

RN Valves & Faucets in India is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to scale our dealer and distributor network across multiple cities. You will appoint new dealers, strengthen existing partnerships and build connections with plumbers, contractors, architects and builders.

You will conduct product demonstrations, track market trends, meet sales targets and ensure timely collections, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA and 5+ years of experience in sanitaryware or building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing or building materials.
• MBA preferred.
• An existing network of dealers and distributors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials
• Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• An existing network of dealers and distributors
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Location: Pune, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Akola, Amarvati, Hingoli, Nashik, Parbhaniwith, market/region visits as required
