Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a retail sales professional for its Mumbai outlet. The role focuses on driving sales, engaging customers, and presenting MYOP perfumes with enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate should have graduate-level education with some retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Freshers can also apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales and attracting customers to the outlet.
• Introduce customers to MYOP concept and products.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Handle stock audits and daily checklists.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on stock and SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthlyand daily targets
• Ensuring high level ofcustomer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic andtime management skills.
• Develop and arrangepromotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager inStock Management.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.

Requirements

• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
