Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] seeks a sales associate in Hyderabad to drive daily and monthly targets, engage customers, demonstrate products and assist in identifying the right perfume. You’ll maintain store standards, support merchandising, and help with stock checks and daily DSRs.

Freshers are welcome, with emphasis on strong communication and multilingual skills. Provident Fund, OT allowance, and medical insurance are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
