Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Maharashtra seeks a sales-oriented outlet executive to drive daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers, demonstrate products, and help identify the right perfume for each shopper.

The role covers store cleanliness, merchandising, stock audits, and timely stock requests to head office, with emphasis on friendly communication in multiple languages and adherence to SOPs and store etiquette.

Requirements

Key Task:

· Sales

o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)

o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.

o Demonstrating and presenting products

o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.

· Store cleanliness and merchandising.

· Stock Audits

· DSR and Daily checklists

· Placing stock request to HO

· Validating and receiving stock.

· Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required.

Qualification

· Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.

· Freshers can also apply.

· Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

· Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
