Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in India is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate products and drive daily and monthly targets. You will maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock accuracy while delivering friendly, multilingual service.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years in B2C retail are welcome. Strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales are essential, along with the ability to communicate in multiple languages and uphold

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years in retail sales with B2C brands (preferred).

• Excellent communication and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
