Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Kerala seeks a store-based Sales Associate to drive daily and monthly targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and support stock and merchandising.

You will greet customers, explain the MYOP concept, demonstrate products, and help them choose the right perfume while maintaining store standards. Freshers are welcome and multilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred; freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly/daily targets.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products; help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and stock processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
