Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Srinagar, India is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our retail team. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help identify the right perfume while maintaining store standards and stock processes.

This role emphasizes meeting monthly and daily targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to promotions and visual merchandising. Freshers welcome; graduates with retail experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduates preferred with 2 years retail sales experience in any B2C brand.
• Freshers may apply.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills and passion for sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
  • Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
  • Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
