Job summary

Century Plyboards (I) Limited is seeking a result-driven Field Sales professional in Mumbai to achieve monthly and quarterly secondary sales targets and strengthen dealer networks. The role involves beat planning, territory coverage, and active demand generation through contractor and project site visits to influence end customers.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of target-driven field sales experience, exposure to Building Materials or related sectors, and be familiar with CRM/DMS systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree mandatory.
• 2–5 years target-driven field sales experience.
• Experience in Building Materials / Electrical / Durables preferred.
• Strong channel handling exposure.
• Experience in demand generation & project selling.
• Familiar with CRM/DMS systems.
• High travel readiness and field intensity.
