Job summary

Ideal Ice Cream in Maharashtra, India seeks a marketing/sales professional with a passion for FMCG to drive market analysis, dealer onboarding, and expansion of the retail network. You will collaborate with distributors and stakeholders to ensure strong secondaries and sales targets are met while supporting team recruitment and training initiatives.

The role requires relevant FMCG experience and excellent communication; MS Word/Excel skills are essential for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years of core marketing/sales experience in FMCG.
• Ice cream industry experience is a plus.

• Market research including consumer preferences, trends, opportunities, challenges and competitor analysis.
• Onboarding new dealers.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification is not key. Can be 10th or 12th or graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 3 years of core marketing/sales experience in the FMCG sector. Having experience in the Ice Cream industry is preferred and would be an added advantage
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must.
