Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume in Delhi is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Executive to achieve monthly and daily targets while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will invite customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to identify the right perfume, ensuring store standards and promotional displays are maintained.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales. Freshers are welcome, with training provided; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

• Graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales; freshers can apply.

Responsibilities

• Sales and inviting customers to outlet; introduce concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products; help identify right perfume.
• Store cleanliness; merchandising; stock audits; daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO; validate and receive stock.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when required.
