Job summary

Riseagro Infra Pvt Ltd in Indore is seeking a Telesales & Service Associate to perform daily tele calling using manager-provided data, generate leads, and handle calls from candidates interested in joining the sales team.

You will work towards monthly and yearly targets for bulk sourcing, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling matrimony services, CRM usage, and maintaining client follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Matrimony, Online Platform, B2C or Tele-Sales preferred.
• Strong Lead Generation & Conversion skills.
• Good knowledge of Calling, Follow-ups & Customer Handling.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest Matrimony Services/Packages.
• Strong Communication & Convincing skills.
• Good Negotiation & Sales Closing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM/Sales Software.
