Job summary

PGP PROPERTIES is seeking energetic Pre-Sales Executives in Pune to connect with prospective home buyers and investors. You will understand requirements, pitch property offerings, and schedule site visits for the on-ground sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in tele calling, inside sales, or pre-sales, with excellent English and Hindi/Marathi communication. Freshers with strong communication are welcome; MS Excel proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (or 12th pass with relevant experience).
• 1 year in tele calling, inside sales, or pre-sales; freshers with strong communication welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Confident, persuasive, and pleasant telephonic manner.
• Target-driven with ability to handle rejection positively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from digital marketing.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location, configuration, and buying timeline.
• Pitch residential/commercial projects with product knowledge.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and CRM remarks.
• Handle inbound enquiries with quick response time.
• Achieve daily call, connect, and site-visit targets.
• Build rapport with prospects through timely follow-ups.
