Responsabilités

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain services confidently over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to franchise, events, brand licensing, pageants, etc.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis.
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales managers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.
