Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify new customers through field visits, references, and market research
• Sales Pitch: Explain products/services to customers and convince them to buy
• Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients
• Market Visit: Daily market / field visits as per beat plan
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate price, handle objections and close sales
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales report, collection report and update in CRM / Excel
• Payment Collection: Follow up for payments and collections if required
