Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Pune is seeking a proactive retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and promote in-store displays.

You will assist in stock management, maintain store hygiene, and ensure SOP adherence, while delivering excellent customer service and processing stock requests. Freshers or graduates with strong communication in multiple languages are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required.
