Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to the right fragrance fits. The role emphasizes ensuring a positive shopping experience and presenting promotional material while maintaining store standards.

The candidate should communicate effectively, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle stock-related tasks and daily store operations with attention to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 years of retail sales experience with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Sales.
• Inviting customers to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customers to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products.
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Conduct stock audits.
• Complete DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO.
• Validate and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to CX dept if required.
