Firstring builds AI voice agents that call a company's customers, dealers and leads in their own language. We’re an early-stage team founded by ex-Amazon and ex-Meta engineers.

Firstring is hiring a Remote Sales/Business Development professional to research target companies, book demos, and move leads through the funnel. 1+ year in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred; freshers welcome. Strong English and Hindi skills and comfort with numbers are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, business development or a customer-facing role (freshers welcome).
• Clear spoken English and Hindi.
• Organised, quick to follow up, and good with numbers.
• Curious about AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and find the right decision-makers
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email and phone to book demos
• Follow up consistently until every lead gets a clear yes or no
• Join demos and client meetings, then handle next steps
• Keep the CRM updated with every conversation and outcome
